Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, with additional facilities in Denver, CO, and Amherst, NH, we offer over 42,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to fabrication, automation, and controls. These locations enable us to deliver full turnkey solutions from best-in-class custom engineered fabrication to complete automation systems, concept through commissioning.

Marco Campos is the Founder/Executive Chairman and Chief Culture Officer of Campos Companies and its subsidiaries. He has 20+ years of experience working in a variety of engineering, operations and consulting capacities.
He enjoys philanthropy, particularly in support of women and under-represented minorities pursuing STEM related fields. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
He has four children and a Boxer (Larry) that comes to work with him every day. Marco enjoys bringing an entrepreneurial culture to the business and he is always seeking the next venture. Building business and aligning employees/ individuals to the success they bring is his specialty.
Matt Campano oversees all business activities as President of Campos Fabrication.
Since joining Campos EPC in 2020, Campano served as Director of EPC and Vice President of Eastern Region Operations prior to ascending to this role. During that time, he grew the Eastern Region to include the opening of four (4) new regional offices in Tampa, Baton Rouge, Charlotte, and Amherst. In 2021, he also co-founded Campos Fabrication and has been dedicated to the growth of Campos Fabrication into a code shop. He has decades of senior executive-level experience and sat on the Board of Directors for the Utility Contractors of New England.
Ed Overholt is the Vice President of Operations for Campos Fabrication. Since first joining Campos EPC in 2018, Overholt founded and served as the Regional Director of the Minneapolis office. During this time, Overholt grew the Minneapolis Region to include over 34 employees, and not only grew our pipeline workstream, but developed our team to execute integrity management, facilities design, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Project Management Office (PMO), peak shaving operations, renewables, and EPC workstreams supporting some of the largest capital initiatives for our clients. Ed was promoted in 2024 to lead and oversee all operational activities for Campos Fabrication.
